We arrived at our first varsity baseball game of the season on Friday night, with the Redwings trailing 2-0 to Corunna in the bottom of the first.  They went on to score a run in that first inning and two more in the second.  Grant Armbrustmacher and Brennan Feldpausch went on to pitch six shutout innings after that and the Redwings walked away 3-2 winners!

The Redwings won the first game 8-4 and are now 9-3 on the season.  Next up for the team, Haslett at home on Tuesday.  The JV A team will also take on the Vikings, at Haslett.

The JV ‘B’ team split two games on the road vs Okemos, 3-6 and 14-4.  They are now 7-1 and go back on the road Monday to take on Williamston.  Go Redwings!
