The St. Johns Youth Athletic Association is proud to introduce a new program for incoming 5th – 8th grade boys and girls. The Flight Program is open to all interested athletes entering 5th– 8th grade. The program is focused on speed, agility, and strength training. The program will be led by Hayden Dyer with the help from some of the high school coaches and players. The program will run from June 19th to August 4th, with 4th of July week being off.
7th/8th grade – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9-10:30 am
5th/6th grade – Mondays from 10:30-12
Program participation may be limited based on interest.
