Press Release:

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Mental health affects everyone in many different ways and often goes unnoticed.

We have partnered with the Dewitt high school swim and dive team to break the stigma of mental health and raise awareness for people to feel safe and know it’s ok not to be ok sometimes and to seek help.

The meet will take place between St. Johns and Dewitt on October 7th at 6pm at SJHS.
